Important Instructions:

  1. If you wish you participate in more than one category, you have to complete registration once again by selecting another category.

  2. Refer website contact details in case of any issues with the registration.

  3. Makeup, costumes, travel and accommodation should be owned by the participants, and we will provide makeup /Green room to get ready before the event.

  4. Breakfast, lunch, refreshments snacks and dinner will be provided at the venue, you can avail the paid coupons from volunteer's desk.

    • Note : Food items are strictly prohibited inside the auditorium except water bottles. 

  5. Photography and videography can be availed by filling the required details at the volunteer front desk with the desired amount.

  6. ⁠Entry is free for visitors.

  7. ⁠Please note the audio used for the dance competition should be, 

    • Pure classical dance form audio  

    • Own original recorded classical audio’s 

    • No remix or fusions audio’s are allowed.

    • Carry your own pen drives . 

  8. Registration fees are not refundable after the successful registration. No refund will be given if the participants fails to attend the programs due to any reasons. 

  9. Participants should be available inside the auditorium on Jan 3rd & 4th before 8am at the venue. 

  10. Complete your registration on time to arrange the transportation & accommodation by yourself early in advance as 2025 celebration season in GOA .
